First-timers and old shuckers having the same good time. 

We roast single-select oysters on site at your home, office, or venue. We bring the cookers, tables, oyster knives, and fixings. At the end of the night we haul off the shells and the trash.A lot of guests don’t eat oysters. Add a second main so nobody leaves hungry. We often serve shrimp, fried catfish, barbeque, chicken and sausage bog, Brunswick stew, or chili alongside the roast.
