Hi Bill,

THEY ARE STILL EATING!!!! They went into meetings, adjourned, and I can’t tell you how many have been not so “sneaking” back into that kitchen while they are supposed to be sitting in more meetings.  They absolutely LOVE the brisket, saying it’s the best ever and of course the mac and cheese is award winning but everything was delicious.  I was smart and went for the brisket right after their first feeding round, and saved some.

 Thank you for catering the Home Show for us.  Everything went great.  David was fantastic and everyone loved the Chicken Bog.  We heard from numerous people attending the show that the Bank of America booth was serving the best food of the evening!  Many of the attendees came back for seconds and thirds they liked the Chicken Bog so much.  We had about a dozen or so of your cards out on the table and they were all gone within an hour.  It was a great event and having you cater it made it all the more successful for us.  I do appreciate you helping us with this event, especially as it was somewhat last minute.

WOW!! What a great job you guys did. The food and presentation were first class. You and your staff were so professional and courteous, It couldn’t have been any better.   Bill catered our wedding of about 170 people and did a phenomenal job. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!!!! Bill's clear communication from the beginning helped us prepare for the big day. They were flexible throughout the planning process on menu changes and also provided layout guidance at the venue. Their staff was professional, gracious and courteous. I would absolutely recommend Billy G's Carolina BBQ for your wedding catering needs.
